So who is coming up, Reading, Southampton and West Ham, or is there still a playoff to come? Pete

Should Chelsea win the CL, only three, rather than the customary four, teams will qualify for the Champions League via the Premier League.

Fat Chance :-)

Now what Arsenal/Spurs/Newcastle supporters want Chelsea to win it?

Whats become evident over the last few weeks, is the limited options Spurs have to change things when needed. There isn't enough quality in depth to enable 'Arry to mix and match players and tactics - not sure whose fault that is? And the long season is beginning to take its toll.

Compare this to Chelsea yesterday, who started with only 2 of the outfield players that faced Barca last week and still ended the game having had more possession and as many chances as Arsenal.

Okay, it was a low-key affair, as so many of the early KO's are, and RVP did miss when he would normally expect to score, but Kalou 3-times failed to complete a simple pass to put us on a ono-on-one with the keeper. :banghead:

'Arry has said Spurs must win all 4 remaining games to qualify for europe, but so must we and 3 of our last 4 are at home and one of those is against Newcastle - the away game is at Anfield - we could do without that!

I think Newcastle are favourites to finish 4th.

Pete, Reading are up and Southampton as good as. Blackpool seem the form team of the others, but West Ham will be favourites.

This struck me as an interesting report:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17796589

Now clearly what he claims is unacceptable, but its six months since the incident and he raises this a week before QPR play Chelsea again. Coincidence? Certainly unhelpful.

Where did you get those stats? :?
Sky stats show 56.7 -43.3, which is about right.
The chances stats are always a mystery to me, apart from a Terry header which went well wide, i can't recall many goal threats against.
You did always look dangerous on the counter though.

Both defences clearly came out on top.
If it was a boxing match, we would have won on points, unfortunately it isn't :(

Last week he said they had to win all 5
I think Newcastle are favourites to finish 4th.
Not so sure on that one, they have a tough run in, but they are the form team.
If they continue performing the way they are, they may end up 3rd

As much as i hate to say it, i still think the spuds are favourites for 4th

No, just an after match interview.
He sounds thicker than Rio, if that's possible

Sometimes there comes a point when you just have to let it go & get on with it :|

Manure 4-4 Everton
That must have been entertaining, will have to catch it on MOTD 2
