Besides, the media made that sound a lot kinder than it was. Gerrard was on a show, he got asked a question, he said what he had to say, it's not as though he came out and backed Hodgson, he was put on the spot.
In comparison I'd say that's about right. When MC should be peaking, seems they are fading. Tevez only playing 9 minutes seems to me his groin is still not right, and may not be for the rest of the season. I think he has the same thing that has plagued Gerrard all season. Pete
