We're moving to Bangkok on April 1 and our new accommodation includes a gym membership, so we're selling some of the great gear we've accumulated at great prices.
The first item is a mini trampoline for 1,500 baht. Rebounding is superb for the lymph system. Gravitational forces work on every cell in your body. If you visit Toys R Us, I believe they sell one for 2,300B. The catch is that you'll have a helluva time finding any replacement springs. I couldn't find any in Bangkok. I went to sports stores at Central World and Siam Paragon. No luck. I had to bring them in from the U.S. at a cost of about $1.25-1.50/spring. We'll sell you the trampoline with an ample set of replacement springs. I'd have to go downstairs and count but you'll get at least 1,000B worth of springs included.
The second item is a TimeWorks Fx system, also for a kick-ay price of 1,500 baht. Back in the day when these were introduced in the USA, they sold for US$600. They're still selling in Asia for the equivalent of US$300 at sites like this one -- http://www.huminbird.net/innovations/timeworks.htm Check it out and look at the YouTube video there to get an idea what it looks like and how it works. You spend 3-4 minutes on a workout each day. The machine tones your derriere and hips, develops thighs you can show off at the beaches (both Andaman coasts and Gulf of Thailand coasts -- your thighs should look great on either), firm your wasitline, and tone the back.

what is the size of the trampoline roughly, and do you still have it. Maybe send me a PM with contact deals, in case I want to take it and pick it up

Don't try to impress me with your manner of dress cos a monkey himself is a monkey no less - cold fact
