I live down Soi 94 and about every hour or so here some chimes and the a voice speaking (no I am not crazy)

Is this coming from the train station?

Not annoying in anyway but it must be louder nearer to the place

on soi 94 its more likely the announcer at tesco's market village

It's from the train station. Anyone who eats at the restaurants along the road that parallels the track between the beach road and Soi 88 knows those chimes.

First time I heard the chimes while at the station I stuck my fingers in my ears out of reflexive defense against permanent hearing damage.

Yes the voice.... living same area,after 6 years Iam used to it.Its make wake up call.
