Need help!! Looking for invite foreigner house onwer

Dear all, i would like to invite foreigner who already buy house at huahin (house price 2-4 million) and no. of years' house not more than 5 years. I invite foreigner to have some interview about study attitudes and opinions of foreign owner of the housing project in Hua Hin area at Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It's take time about 45 mins and aslo have some gift voucher for you. I can interview you at hua hin coz i will go to hua hin at 4-6 June,2010

My Mother in Law must have had 3 attached to her new water meters, because a Thai took them and didn't even leave a thank you note.


The OP does sound like a scam but who knows for sure till they give it a try.

A couple of minutes reading a google search of the young lady's email address shows the first 2 pages full of her representing a network of property companies, marketing properties for sale and rental.

Appears to be quite an entrepreunurial young businesswoman, maybe looking to branch out of Bangkok to the local area. But I may be wrong!?

I dont normaly use Google but i have on this occasion and i could even translate the whole page at one click, very cleaver.
I am not one for being sinical but i have so many scammers e-mailing my phone and accounts.

These days I make a firm and fast rule NEVER give details to anyone about anything! Even if it is not a scam you can be hounded forever by spam and unwanted phone calls! You can risk identity fraud also. Very often I get cold calls from people wanting to know various things, I never speak to them regardless. People build up dossiers about you. So please beware.

I ‘m ann (Owner of this message) Thank you for your all reply and all comments. First, I would like to apologize that my English is poor!!!! So one of your group mention that I need English teacher. Almost all comment thinks that I am swindler.
It’s make me feel that all Thai people are very dangerous & unbelievable for all foreigner. For my opinion, it’s the first time for me to register to your community b/c I think that all of member in this block so cool, nice but I get many bad comment and look down on me (poor English, swindler). It’s make me feel very upset, disappoint. For my purpose, I come in to your community b/c I need for help!!! . I’m not swindler. I just only Thai people that working on public company and have duty to interview foreigner that bought house at hua hin for do my research. I just need your help b/c I think that online community so quick, up to date, and only one channel to contact direct to target group. I feel sad, upset that I did you misunderstand. So sorry naka. Now I stay at hua hin , and interview foreigner that bought house at hua hin, I got good feedback and nice welcome so I already finished this project.
