Private pool, close to beach, cheap?

I am looking for a house/ hotel / apartment, with a private pool, preferably within 5 min walking distance to beach.

Is it possible to find for max. 7000THB/night?

12 December - 19 December 2010, 2 adults and a child.

A few of the hotels in HHAD's online booking system offer private pool villas, 7k per night is quite a budget so you should find something here:

Smor Spa and Putahracsa spring to mind, they're both close to the beach.

I only found prices at around 15000-20000 THB/night!
If anyone have suggestions for 12 December - 19 December for a beach close pool villa, for less than 8000 THB/night I would love hearing from you.

I dont think you will find any place that close to the beach with private pool.

I guess you may contact many little hotel at beach front to be a private house for you on those period of time you stay as you said 12-19 Dec. That is possible, i am sure but whether you accept it or not. I saw some in Paknampranburi further from Huahin app 20 minutes but beachfront.

And I am looking for a beachfront 3 bedroom villa on 5 rai of land with a helicopter pad on the roof with full foriegn freehold ownership for 1m baht maximum budget. Must be no more than a 5 baht tuk tuk ride to town with 24 virgins thrown in. Got anything JW ?
