Phuket Hotels

We are travelling to Phuket next week and wondered if anyone could recommend a good hotel around 5 to 6,000 thb per night. Never been before so help with location would also help. Thanks in advance

Just FYI, the expected jam and room shortage in April is now a non issue. The second half of the ASEAN meeting has been moved to the Royal Cliff Convention Centre in Pattaya. Pete :cheers:
