WE STAYED AT THE GOLDEN SAND HOTEL ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. IT IS AROUND 20KM NORTH OF HUA HIN, APPROXIMATELY 20 MINS IN A TAXI. WE ARE LOOKING TO COME OVER TO THAILAND FOR A YEAR AND ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING. THE ACCOMMODATION NEEDS TO HAVE TWO BEDROOMS, A KITCHEN, A LIVING AREA AND A EUROPEAN STYLE BATHROOM. We spent two weeks in Hun Hin in November. The weather was fantastic in the main apart from the occassional ten to fifteen down pour. Paul got sunburn, heeeeeeee . Shorts and T-shirts are all what you will need.

How much is it and what is the availability please. We're looking to rent for around 6 months, but have a small budget, even by Thai standards. Any other details would be appreciated. Thanks Paul and Li.
